The hotel was a handy base for enjoying a lovely area, not far from Grand Central Station, Fifth Avenue. I liked the room with 2 double beds.

My stay at The Roosevelt Hotel in New York with 13-14 year old kids was truly memorable. The staff at the Front Desk and Concierge were exceptional, especially a kind gentleman from Albania who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The housekeeping staff on the 16th floor were also incredibly friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel's proximity to major landmarks like the WTC Memorial and Times Square made exploring the city a breeze. The indoor swimming pool provided a relaxing escape after a day of sightseeing, and the nearby attractions like the Top of the Rock and Central Park offered great opportunities for family bonding. If you're looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in NYC, I highly recommend The Roosevelt Hotel.

At my first stay, the staff helped with currency exchange. This place suits me perfectly - 24-hour reception, security, bar, restaurant, gym, indoor pool. I always return for a romantic escape.

Hotel was clean, and it had very good staff and location. Set just next door to Times Square, major tourist attractions and Grand Central Station in the pretty comfortable area. Besides, parking was available nearby.

For those who love exploring, this hotel is superbly located in downtown Manhattan, with great transport links to all of New York City.

One area that could be improved is the pricing in the bar and lounge, which seemed very expensive for what was offered. A bit more attention to pricing and staff behavior would have made the stay even better.

Get ready for a culinary rollercoaster! The nearby Red Mango and Filicori Zecchini are like hidden gems in the concrete jungle, serving up drool-worthy bites. Plus, the Grand Central Oyster Bar & Restaurant has us hooked on their seafood delights! The bar at Vander Bar? Slick and sophisticated, perfect for nightcaps.

Would have loved a caffeine fix in-room, but no biggie with Toby's Estate Coffee close by. Our neighbors' chitchat was a free show, but all part of the NYC charm.

Despite some issues, I enjoyed the central location at The Roosevelt Hotel in New York. The nearby subway was convenient. The independent café in the lobby was a nice touch if you prefer an alternative to the basic breakfast.

The rooftop lounge offered breathtaking views of the city and it felt like being on top of the world. Sipping a cocktail while watching the sunset was simply magical, like something out of a movie. The atmosphere was lively, and the staff made sure we felt like VIPs.

Imagine a hotel where you can enjoy a hearty breakfast buffet or pick from à la carte options, all washed down with Starbucks® coffee. I loved chilling at the Vander Bar with its cool retractable windows. And the Madison Club Lounge served up some tasty American fare and cocktails. The grand lobby was swanky, and I made good use of the fitness center. Plus, the rooftop lounge had killer views. Definitely a top pick for a NYC stay!

The location was absolutely perfect, as it was central to all the popular tourist spots and close to many attractions. I loved being able to easily walk to St. Patrick's Cathedral and explore the vibrant midtown area for business purposes. The hotel itself was impressive, with a beautiful grand entrance and a really great bar where I enjoyed some fantastic cocktails. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. I was especially impressed with the room service, as the food was delicious and delivered promptly. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and even a cozy sitting area with a dining table. The free toiletries and complimentary dryer were a nice touch, and I appreciated having an AM/FM alarm clock and a flat-screen TV for my entertainment.

The only downside I found was the size of the room, as it was a bit small for my liking. However, when I mentioned this to the manager, they were very understanding and offered to assist me with finding a more suitable room.

I had a great stay here! The location was fantastic, right near all of the main attractions including Rockeffeller, Times Square and central to the station. The room service was great and the shops and commercial services on site made everything so convenient. The amenities in the room were exactly what I was looking for: ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area. The flat-screen TV was also a nice touch. The dining restaurant had a great continental breakfast, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for grabbing a drink in the evening. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

That the room was quite small, so I had to speak with a manager to see if there were any other options available. However, even in front of the manager, the maids and doorman were very friendly and helpful.
